Job Description
Draft agreements, pleadings, and other legal documents with precision.
*Apperance on the court and doing arguments
*Conduct research on various laws and regulations to provide expert advice on claim settlements.
*Provide strategic guidance on risk management and compliance matters.
*Represent clients in court, tribunals, and other legal forums
*Draft and file pleadings, petitions, and other court documents
*Conduct research and prepare cases for trial
*Handle arbitration cases, including drafting arbitration agreements and pleadings
*Collaborate with arbitrators and other stakeholders
*Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements
*Provide advice on contractual matters and disputes
*Provide legal advice to clients on various matters, including litigation, arbitration, and contracts
Eligibility:
Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) and enrolled as an advocate with the State Bar Council
Experience: 5-10 years of experience in litigation, arbitration, or related fiel
Skills:
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong understanding of laws and regulations
Desired Candidate Profile
*Candidates should be having strong back ground and litigation knowledge, depending on the offered designation
*Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution.
*Strong understanding of arbitration, drafting agreements, litigation, and regulatory requirements.
