Job Description

Source candidates through various portal
Conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews
coordinate with candidates
Follow up with candidates during the hiring process
Build a strong talent pipeline

Desired candidate profile:

Graduate in any field (MBA HR preferred but not mandatory)

Freshers as well as candidates with 0-1 year of experience in recruitment or HR are welcome to apply.
Good communication skills
Interest in HR / Recruitment
Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, job portals, or social media hiring.
