Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales goals
- Managing and mentoring a team of sales representatives
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners
- Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and challenges
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with company objectives
- Monitoring sales performance and providing coaching and feedback to team members
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand market share

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Proven sales leadership experience in medical field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends
