Key responsibilities include identifying client needs, offering tailored kitchen solutions, and managing the end-to-end project lifecycle from lead generation to installation coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Management: Identify potential clients and handle incoming inquiries or walk-ins to offer modular kitchen and wardrobe solutions.
Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their specific vision, space requirements, and budget.
Estimation & Quoting: Prepare accurate cost estimates and sales proposals based on tailored modular designs.
Design Coordination: Collaborate closely with design teams to ensure that technical layouts (such as 2D/3D renderings) align with customer expectations.
Sales Conversion: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively closing deals and handling client objections.
Relationship Management: Maintain strong client relationships through post-sales support and regular project updates to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Prior experience in the modular kitchen, interior design, or home services industry is highly preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer applications. Knowledge of design software like AutoCAD or SketchUp is often an advantage for better client communication.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential for managing premium clients and cross-functional teams.
