Job Description
Role Overview:
Join our UK & Europe Recruitment Team as an International Recruiter and get trained in the end-to-end process of global talent acquisition. This is an exciting opportunity to launch your international recruitment career in a structured, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand job descriptions and hiring requirements for UK & EU clients.
- Source and screen candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, internal database, etc.
- Conduct initial screening and pre-qualify candidates.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers in UK & Europe time zones.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and client-specific recruitment protocols.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- Willingness to work in UK/EU shift timings (typically afternoon to evening IST).
- Strong research, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
- Familiarity with MS Office and internet tools.
Eligibility:
- Any Graduate/Postgraduate
- No prior experience required training will be provided.
- Interest in recruitment, HR, or international client interaction is a plus.
