Customer Service ExecutiveRole Overview
We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Customer Care Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the frontline representative for our US-based E-commerce business, ensuring our international customers receive world-class support. You will handle a mix of technical troubleshooting, sales inquiries, and general customer care.
Note: This position requires working US Night Shifts to align with our North American customer base.
Multichannel Support: Provide high-quality technical and sales support via phone, email, and live chat.
Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve customer queries related to order tracking, product specifications, and platform troubleshooting.
Documentation: Accurately log all customer interactions and technical issues within our CRM/Ticketing system to ensure seamless follow-up.
Knowledge Management: Contribute to the internal knowledge base by documenting new solutions for common technical hurdles.
Team Collaboration: Partner with the sales and operations teams to streamline the customer journey and improve overall service efficiency.
Experience: 01 years (Freshers are encouraged to apply!).
Communication: Exceptional command of the English language (both verbal and written) with a neutral accent for international calling.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple customer queries simultaneously.
Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of networking concepts and e-commerce platforms.
Shift Flexibility: Must be comfortable working permanent night shifts and adhering to a flexible schedule as per business needs.
