Role & responsibilities

Managing end to end recruitment cycle
Partnering with the Business Managers to understand the manpower requirements
Responsible for sourcing & shortlisting the suitable candidates as per job requirement
Coordinating & scheduling the interviews
Managing the recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer negotiation

Preferred candidate profile

Good communication & interpersonal skills
6 months of experience in HR
Knowledge on MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint
