Job Description
- Develop and deploy scalable AI/ML and Generative AI solutions from data exploration and prototyping to full production deployment.
- Design and implement Agentic AI workflows and multi-agent systems using modern frameworks to solve complex business problems.
- Analyze complex datasets using strong data science methodologies to extract insights and ensure data quality and model performance.
- Fine-tune foundation models (LLMs/SLMs) using techniques such as LoRA and QLoRA to meet domain and client-specific requirements.
- Develop APIs, backend services, and intuitive user interfaces to integrate AI capabilities into production-grade applications.
- Deploy, scale, and maintain ML pipelines and AI applications on enterprise platforms such as Databricks, AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and clients to understand requirements, guide solution design, and drive adoption of AI solutions.
- 25 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering, data science, or full-stack software development with a focus on applied AI.
- Strong programming proficiency in Python for machine learning and data engineering.
- Experience with JavaScript or TypeScript for application development.
- Practical experience building LLM-powered applications, working with vector databases, and implementing Agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
- Strong understanding of statistics, exploratory data analysis (EDA), and machine learning algorithms.
- Experience deploying solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, or Databricks.
- Exposure to containerization and MLOps tools including Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and MLflow.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- AI Generative AI : PyTorch, Hugging Face, Agentic Frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel), LLM Fine-Tuning (LoRA, QLoRA, Unsloth), Vector Databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate)
- Data Science : Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, Statistical Analysis, Feature Engineering
- Software Development : Python, Node.js, React, FastAPI, Flask, REST APIs, GraphQL APIs
- Cloud & MLOps : Databricks, AWS, Azure, GCP, MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD
- SQL, Git, Agile methodologies, strong client-facing communication
