Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Source new customers for two-wheeler loans through field visits, dealer tie-ups, and marketing activities.
• Maintain strong relationships with two-wheeler dealers and generate leads through regular follow-ups.
• Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, documentation, and terms to customers.
• Collect and verify customer documents as per company policy.
• Ensure proper login of applications into the system with complete documentation.
• Coordinate with the credit team for timely approvals and disbursements.
• Achieve monthly disbursement and productivity targets as set by the management.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve post-sales issues, if any.
• Maintain daily MIS and provide accurate reports to reporting managers.
