Job Description

Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to generate leads, qualify prospects, and support the sales pipeline. This role is ideal for a fresher who wants to build a career in IT sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
Understand client requirements and explain company services clearly
Schedule meetings or demos for senior sales managers
Maintain accurate records in CRM
Follow up consistently with prospects
Meet daily and monthly activity targets

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Confident speaking over phone and video calls
Basic understanding of IT services or willingness to learn
Self-driven and target-oriented
Good organizational skills
