• Handle end-to-end RCM process (Charge, Posting, AR)
• Manage team performance and productivity

• Ensure quality, SLA adherence, and process improvements

Requirements:
5+ years in US Healthcare RCM
Prior Team Handling experience preferred
Strong communication & analytical skills
