Provides governance oversight for CRE projects contracts vendor engagements and commercial models ensuring legal compliance financial rigor and governance adherence across India & APAC.

Project governance checkpoints contract & commercial governance vendor & third-party risk oversight financial & KPI governance advisory and escalation support.
