Job Role : Senior Service Delivery Manager SAP ERP Support

Job Location : Bangalore / Mumbai / Pune / Hyderabad


Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Service Delivery Manager with a proven track record of managing large-scale teams (200+ members) and delivering SAP ERP support projects across multiple SAP modules. The role requires strong leadership, deep ERP expertise, and the ability to drive operational excellence in service delivery.


Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Management
    • Lead and manage a team of 200+ professionals across diverse geographies.
    • Foster collaboration, mentorship, and performance excellence.
    • Ensure effective resource allocation and workload balancing.
  • Service Delivery Oversight
    • Oversee end-to-end SAP ERP support operations across modules such as FI, CO, MM, SD, HR, and others.
    • Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and compliance standards.
    • Drive incident, problem, and change management processes.
  • Client & Stakeholder Engagement
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and senior stakeholders.
    • Provide regular updates, performance reports, and strategic recommendations.
    • Align ERP support services with evolving business needs.
  • Project & Program Management
    • Manage large-scale ERP support programs and transformation initiatives.
    • Coordinate upgrades, enhancements, and migration projects (including SAP S/4HANA).
    • Ensure timely delivery within budget and scope.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
    • Implement best practices in ERP support and service delivery.
    • Drive innovation to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience
    • 20+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 10+ years in SAP ERP service delivery.
    • Proven ability to manage teams of 200+ members in complex ERP environments.
  • Technical Expertise
    • Strong knowledge of multiple SAP ERP modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, HR, etc.).
    • Familiarity with SAP Basis, Solution Manager, and system monitoring tools.
  • Leadership & Communication
    • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
    • Ability to lead diverse, cross-functional teams across global locations.
