Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Lead global sourcing initiatives for electronic components, including strategic planning, category management, and supplier selection.
Develop and execute e-sourcing strategies to optimize spend analysis, RFX creation, and contract negotiations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings through sea freight optimization and ocean freight consolidation.
Manage the end-to-end source-to-pay process from RFQ issuance to contract award.

Job Requirements :

8-15 years of experience in procurement or a related field with expertise in global sourcing, strategic sourcing, and e-sourcing.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders across various functions (e.g., engineering, manufacturing).
Strong understanding of electronic components industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in using tools such as Ariba or Coupa for e-sourcing activities.
