About the Role We are hiring Customer Service Specialists with strong French (B2 level or higher) and English communication skills to join our vibrant team in Hyderabad.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer interactions in French (B2 or above) and English across multiple channels Voice.
Deliver prompt, professional, and empathetic support to customers
Maintain service quality standards and ensure customer satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams to provide timely and effective solutions.
Who Can Apply :
French B2-level or higher certification
Experienced professionals in BPO/Customer Service (preferred)
Requirements:
French language proficiency B2 level or higher (certified)
Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and customer-handling
skills
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
