Job Title: Relationship Manager

Job Overview: We are looking for energetic and self-driven Relationship Managers to join our growing insurance field sales team. The role involves meeting customers, understanding their insurance needs, and offering the best insurance solutions through Policybazaar.com. Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for sales are also welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits to meet potential customers and explain insurance products.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive sales growth.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
• Ensure proper follow-up and conversion of leads assigned by the company.
• Maintain accurate records of meetings, sales activities, and customer interactions.

Requirements:

• Only Male Candidates Required.
• Only Post Graduation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for field sales and customer interaction.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
