Responsibilities

Handle customer calls professionally and provide prompt resolutions.
Manage and clear backlog effectively within timelines.
Meet and maintain customer expectations, targets, metrics, and key performance indicators.
Follow company procedures, guidelines, and process flows accurately.
Manage and respond to all incoming customer requests.
Maintain high customer satisfaction through quality service.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Familiarity with internet usage and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and customer-centric attitude.
