Job Description
We are looking for a professional who owns artwork outcomes as part of packaging and product delivery, not just coordinates approvals. This role sits at the intersection of artwork, packaging development, and project delivery, ensuring that artwork decisions support speed, compliance, cost, and scale.
The role requires strong artwork lifecycle ownership, excellent stakeholder communication, and the ability to define, improve, and govern artwork workflows as part of product launches, renovations, and portfolio optimization.
Your role
- Own the endtoend artwork lifecycle, embedded within packaging or product programs
- Define artwork requirements, specifications, BOMs, and approval workflows
- Lead artwork execution for new launches, renovations, site transfers, and harmonization programs
- Act as a central interface between Marketing, Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain, Vendors, and Plants
- Drive artwork accuracy, compliance, cost efficiency, and speedtomarket
- Improve artwork systems, approval workflows, and governance to reduce iterations and delays
- Manage multiple artworkheavy initiatives in parallel with strong project ownership
- Identify upstream risks related to artwork and packaging and resolve them proactively
- Communicate status, risks, and decisions clearly to senior and crossfunctional stakeholders
Your profile
- 6+ years in artwork, packaging development, product programs, or related roles
- Experience owning artwork approvals via specs, BOMs, workflows, or launch governance
- Exposure to packaging materials, printing, compliance, and supply chain impacts
- Mandatory handson ownership of artwork lifecycle (decisionmaking, not only coordination)
- Experience where artwork is embedded in packaging development, product launch, or portfolio programs
- Strong project management mindset with outcome ownership
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to influence and align multiple stakeholders without formal authority
- Industry flexible (CPG, FMCG, Pharma, Packaging, etc.)
