Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer interactions in French & English (Voice/Chat/Email)
- Provide prompt and accurate resolutions to customer queries
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction
- Document interactions in CRM tools
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Eligibility Criteria:
- Fluent in French & English (Verbal & Written)
- Minimum B2 level proficiency in French
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer knowledge and adaptability to tools
- Willingness to work from office (Hyderabad)
