Job Description
Job Title: HR Executive / Talent Acquisition Fresher | Immediate Joiners
Location: Bangalore
Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers who are interested in building a career in HR and Talent Acquisition. The role involves handling end-to-end recruitment and coordinating with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, and coordination)
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
- Conduct initial screening calls and shortlist candidates
- Schedule interviews and ensure smooth coordination
- Follow up with candidates until onboarding
- Maintain daily trackers for submissions and interview status
Requirements:
- Any Graduate (Freshers can apply)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong interest in HR / Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic MS Excel knowledge is a plus
