Location:

Job Summary
CorroHealth is hiring experienced AR Callers with hands-on exposure to Hospital Billing and Physician Billing. The role involves proactive payer follow-ups through voice calls to resolve unpaid, underpaid, and denied claims, ensuring timely reimbursements while meeting quality and productivity standards.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Receivable (Voice Process)
- Make outbound calls to US insurance payers to follow up on unpaid or denied claims
- Analyze Explanation of Benefits (EOBs), remittance advice, and denial reasons
- Handle Hospital Billing (IP/OP) and Physician Billing (Professional claims) AR accounts
- Identify root causes for denials and take corrective actions
Claim Resolution
- Work on claim types including commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care
- Resolve issues related to eligibility, coding, bundling, medical necessity, timely filing, and authorization
- Initiate reprocessing requests, reconsiderations, and appeals when required
- Escalate complex cases to leadership or payer supervisors
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain accurate call notes and updates in AR systems / billing software
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, payer guidelines, and client SLAs
- Meet daily productivity, quality, and turnaround time targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills in English (voice process mandatory)
- Solid experience in US Healthcare AR Calling
- Thorough understanding of Hospital Billing (UB-04) and Physician Billing (CMS-1500)
- Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes
- Hands-on experience handling payer calls and portals
- Ability to analyze denials and drive resolution independently
- Good time management and attention to detail
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to IP, OP, and Professional AR workflows
- Experience working with multiple payers and insurance plans
- Familiarity with EMR/EHR and billing systems
- Knowledge of appeals and denial management processes
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline
- Life Sciences / Healthcare background preferred
