Role & responsibilities Job description:
- Designation: Executive & Sr Executive (Domestic Voice Process)
- Languages Known: Kannada/ Hindi/Telugu/Tamil
- Excellent fluency in English (mandatory)
- Work Location: Chennai
- Work mode: work from office
- Qualification: Any graduate (Arrears cannot be considered)
- Notice period: Immediate Joiners
- Interview Venue : HEXAWARE TECHNOLOGIES, Featherlite 200 feet Road, Pallavaram
- Experience: Freshers to Max - 4 Years
Salary: 2.25 LPA - 3.5 LPA
- Desired Candidate Profile: Freshers /Experience in Outbound and Inbound calls with excellent communication.
- Irrelevant Experience will also be considered
- Candidate should be strong in communication (should be good Grammar, sentence construction and pronunciation).
- Only Immediate joiners.
- Should be able to communicate clearly, both written and in speech.
- Should be comfortable working for 5 days with 2 days rotational offs.
- Willing to work in rotational shifts
Rounds of Interviews:
- HR round
- Operations round.
- Technical Assessment.
- Client interview
