Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver complex technology projects end-to-end. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, excellent stakeholder management skills, and proven experience in managing cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end project delivery including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Translate business requirements into technical tasks and timelines
- Coordinate with engineering, QA, product, and business teams
- Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and budgets
- Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies as applicable
- Conduct sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Prepare and share regular project status reports with stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively
- Ensure quality delivery within scope, time, and cost.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering / Computer Science or equivalent
- 9+ years of experience in Project Management with strong technical exposure
- Hands-on understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Azure DevOps
- Strong understanding of backend/frontend technologies, APIs, databases
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills:
- PMP / Scrum Master certification (good to have)
- Experience working with distributed teams
