Job Description
JD AI Assurance Architect role
1. AI Assurance Strategy & Governance
- Define the AI assurance framework for software testing, including principles, policies, and standards.
- Establish governance models for AI/GenAI usage in testing (roles, responsibilities, decision checkpoints).
- Create risk classification for AI use cases and map appropriate assurance activities.
- Collaborate with Legal, Risk, Security, and Compliance to align with regulations and industry standards (e.g., AI regulations, data privacy laws).
2. Test Architecture for AI & Agentic Systems
- Design end-to-end test architecture for AI/ML and GenAI/agentic solutions (functional, non-functional, and behavioral testing).
- Define test strategies, test design patterns, and quality gates for AI models, prompts, agents, and AI-enabled applications.
- Ensure coverage for accuracy, robustness, bias/fairness, explainability, safety, and security of AI features.
3. Metrics, KPIs & Continuous Monitoring
- Define quality metrics and KPIs for AI assurance (e.g., model performance, drift, hallucination rates, safety violations, bias indicators).
- Implement mechanisms for continuous validation and monitoring of AI behavior in production.
- Set up dashboards and reporting to provide visibility of AI quality and risks to leadership.
4. Tools, Frameworks & Automation
- Evaluate and recommend AI testing tools, accelerators, and platforms (for prompt testing, model evaluation, synthetic data, etc.).
- Architect integration of AI assurance checks into CI/CD pipelines and test automation frameworks.
- Drive reuse of test assets, patterns, and accelerators across teams and projects.
5. Pilot Implementations & Best Practices
- Lead pilot projects to implement AI assurance frameworks in real programs and measure outcomes.
- Capture and document patterns, anti-patterns, and best practices and scale them across the organization.
- Conduct technical reviews of AI solution designs, test approaches, and release readiness.
