AR Executive Voice Process (Night Shift)

TakeHome Salary: Up to 18,000

Shift Timing: 5:30 PM 2:30 AM (US Shift)

Education: Graduates only - BA, BBA, B.Com, B.Sc, BCA, BE / B.Tech

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Contact US Insurance Payers to resolve claim issues (denials & nondenials)
• Review systems for payments, adjustments, and selfpay updates
• Identify and escalate trends or recurring issues
• Maintain SOP updates, issue logs, and trend trackers
• Participate in RCM training sessions
• Resolve complex patient account issues
• Route noncalling accounts to the analytical team
• Identify payerlevel issues and support reprocessing activities

Medical Coding/ Billing NonVoice (Ambulance Billing)

Salary: 15,000

Shift Timing: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Education: Graduates only - BA, BBA, B.com, B.Sc, BCA
No cab facility

Role Overview:

• Basic knowledge of medical billing & coding concepts
• Good analytical and attentiontodetail skills
• Strong written and verbal English communication
• Ability to work in a processdriven environment
• Willingness to learn US healthcare systems and payer guidelines

Eligibility Criteria (For Both Roles)

• Freshers are welcome
• Age: Below 29 years
• Excellent English communication skills required
