Base Location: Bangalore

Regional Coverage: Responsible for operations across Nova IVF Fertility Units in West Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha, and Assam

Profile Type: Digital generalist with strong PPC ownership, deep and hands-on SEO expertise, proven agency management capability, and the ability to work closely with regional leaders and doctors.

ROLE SUMMARY:

The Regional Digital Marketing Manager owns all digital performance for the East region across Organic + Inorganic channels. The role ensures region-level execution accuracy, manages agencies, aligns with center managers and doctors, and delivers measurable business outcomes. Requires cultural understanding, KPI orientation, and strong process discipline.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Own regional new & unique lead targets across Meta, Google, SEO, GMB, YouTube.
2. Lead PPC execution: budgets, pacing, CPL, QL%, optimizations, landing page hygiene.
3. Drive SEO requirements from region: GMB fixes, local SEO improvements, content requirements.
4. Execute and monitor regional GMB: posts, reviews, photos, visibility, keyword ranking.
5. Localise and validate all ads (Meta + Google): translations, city names, doctor details, CTAs.
6. Coordinate with centers for events, updates, doctor schedules, offers.
7. Coordinate with HO SEO + AI content engine for blogs, city pages, FAQs, doctor pages.
8. Perform weekly competitor monitoring: SERP, GMB, ads, offers, social activity.
9. Audit and validate lead routing: DID mapping, WhatsApp flows, form correctness, LP accuracy.
10. Trigger or upload localised creatives/copies; coordinate with Paid Ops Executive.
11. Provide weekly/monthly performance reports (CPL, QL%, NP trends, risks) to HO.
12. Act as single regional digital point-of-contact for the Regional Head and doctors.
13. Enforce agency accountability on performance, creative quality, reporting rigour.
