Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Process Full & Final Settlements (FFS) in HRIS (HROne) within 48 hours as per the defined policy.
- Ensure timely closure of employee settlements by coordinating with Payroll, Finance, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate employee data and settlement records in HR systems.
- Track settlement status and follow up proactively to avoid delays.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to FFS using MS Excel.
- Address employee queries related to settlements with clear and professional communication.
- Support the HR team with routine HR operations and documentation as required.
Skills & Competencies
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel (basic formulas, data tracking, reports).
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
- Excellent follow-up and coordination skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work within tight deadlines.
- Willingness to learn HR processes and systems.
