iEnergizer is hiring Customer Support Executives for its Telecom Inbound Calling Process. We are seeking graduates with strong communication skills and hands-on customer handling experience.

This role is ideal for candidates looking to grow their career in customer support, call center operations, and telecom services.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer calls and resolve queries professionally

  • Provide accurate information on telecom products and services

Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction


  • Adhere to process compliance and quality guidelines

  • Document customer interactions accurately in internal systems

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification: Graduation


Experience: Minimum 1-year documented experience in customer support / call center / inbound calling (preferred but not for freshers)

Skills Required:


Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English


Strong customer service and problem-solving skills


Polished, professional, and confident demeanor

Salary & Benefits:


CTC:UPTO 30,000 per month


Fixed salary structure (No sales targets)


Work Schedule:

5 days working
