Job Description

Key Skills: Pega Developer, Java, SQL

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Pega applications based on business and functional requirements.
• Implement business rules, workflows, integrations, and user interfaces using Pega platform capabilities.
• Prepare low-level design documents and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture guidelines.
• Apply Pega guardrails and best practices to maintain application performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA teams, architects, and developers to ensure seamless delivery.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Manage client communications and coordinate onsite-offshore project activities.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Continuously explore platform enhancements and emerging technologies to improve solution quality.

Skills Required:

• Strong hands-on experience as a Pega Developer with application development expertise.
• Solid understanding of Pega frameworks, case management, and business process design.
• Experience implementing integrations and working with enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of Java concepts to support customizations and integrations.
• Understanding of SQL for data handling and database interactions.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to align technical implementations with business value drivers.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
