Hiring Production Support, ITIL, Distributed Technologies with experience range 4 years & above

Mandatory Skills: ITIL Process-> Distributed Technologies-> Production Support

Education: B.Tech ->BCA -> B.s

We are looking for a Production Support Engineer to support live applications.
The role involves monitoring systems, handling production issues, and following ITIL processes to ensure smooth application performance.

Roles & Responsibilities

Monitor production applications
Handle incidents and service requests
Troubleshoot production issues
Analyze logs and identify root cause
Follow ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change)
Support deployments and releases
Coordinate with development and infra teams
Participate in oncall / shift support
