Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven Associate Program Manager / Program Manager to support business growth through sales, servicing, and revenue generation. The role involves working closely with multiple stakeholders, driving operational efficiency, and executing strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business targets by monitoring and improving key metrics such as conversions and revenue
- Manage end-to-end stakeholder communication and coordination
- Gather and analyze consumer insights to build scalable revenue streams
- Execute strategic and tactical business initiatives
- Improve team productivity across sales and servicing functions
- Track performance, prepare reports, and highlight key challenges and opportunities
Eligibility Criteria
- 02 years of experience in program management, operations, or related roles
- BE/B.Tech (preferred from NIT/BITS Pilani) or MBA from top B-schools
Required Skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Good understanding of project management and program coordination
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on attitude with willingness to work at both strategic and ground levels
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive business outcomes
- Target-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed goals
