Job Description
We are looking for passionate and dynamic individuals to join our HR team and drive end-to-end recruitment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle for assigned roles
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates
- Manage offer roll outs and salary discussions
- Ensure smooth onboarding and joining process
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and reports
- Build a strong pipeline for future hiring needs
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Eligibility:
MBA (HR) Freshers can apply
02 years of experience
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Strong coordination and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
