Job description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer service representative to contribute in generating customer relationship, sales for our company. You will be responsible for EMI Conversion, Activation, Retention over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
An effective Customer service representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.
Responsibilities:
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Who We Are Looking For
Communication: Basic English
Experience: Fresher are welcome! OR Candidates with minimum 6 months in BPO/Tele-sales/Customer Service.
Age: 18 to 32 years.
Skills
Interpersonal skills, customer-centric mindset, Leadership.
Salary Structure (In-Hand Fixed Monthly)
- Fresher: 18,000/month
- Experienced (BPO/Tele-sales): 26,000/month
- Experienced (Insurance Sales): Budget up to 30,000/month (Thane location)
- PLUS: Generous, Performance-Based Incentives on top of your fixed salary!
