Job Description
Looking for talented Embedded software System Test engineers to join our R&D-IPT Pune India team. This project is for providing a high quality sterilized medical device platform to other medical products. This role is full onsite at Pune location 5 days in a week.
Job Duties:
As an Sr. Embedded software test engineer, you will take ownership of understanding the product functional and low-level requirements, Review of System requirements and System architecture, Develop the software test strategies, test plans, test protocols and test cases for integration, module, and functional testing. Executing the test cases and Provide status of test results, Report and root cause all issues discovered and drive them to close. Document the embedded medical software products test life cycle artifacts. You will partner with global product development and test teams to ensure deliver the high-quality products.
Requirements expertise and Skills:
- Bachelor s or master s degree with 4+ years of professional work experience with system engineering and Embedded software test life cycle.
- Expertise in Software validation and verification for Embedded software products, RTOS platforms or RT-Linux Platforms or Multi-threaded environment.
- Experience with 32-bit microcontroller and microprocess (ARM or RISC-V platforms).
- Experience with UART, I2C, SPI, CAN communications and Analog and Digital Input Outputs testing
- Experience with Linux based HMI device testing and Linux shell scripting.
- Hands on work with Software test frameworks, Creating test scripts for automated verification tests.
- Ability to work with the Hardware test simulators or Hardware test setup and troubleshoot the Hardware test setup using multi-meter and Scope.
- Experience with Flashing tools, debuggers and analyse the debug logs.
- Experience with software tools for requirements management tools, Bug Tracking tools and Version control tools.
Good to have:
- Experience in embedded C or C++ , Scripting languages such as python and Automating testing tools.

- Good team player and ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
- Ability to handle a constantly changing set of priorities.
- Good Communication and Documentation skills.
- Flexible to work with global team times.
- Work Model: Full-time in-office (5 days a week).
- Working Time: 2:00 PM IST to 11:00 PM IST
