Qualification: BSc/Msc-Statistics, BSc-Maths,

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to support our operations team in Kolkata. The candidate should have strong proficiency in Advanced Excel, Google Sheets, Looker Studio, and other MIS/reporting tools. The role requires the ability to generate, analyze, and maintain dashboards and MIS reports to support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.

Extract, collate, and analyze data from multiple sources to support business requirements.

Generate ad-hoc reports as per management requirements.

Work on data visualization tools like Looker Studio and Google Cloud for building insightful dashboards.

Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all reporting activities.

Maintain database hygiene and manage large datasets efficiently.

Coordinate with internal departments to gather reporting inputs and validate data.

Support automation of routine reports to improve process efficiency.

Key Skills & Tools:
Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, Charts, etc.)

Google Sheets and Looker Studio (Google Data Studio)

Basic working knowledge of Google Cloud tools/platforms

Strong analytical and data interpretation skills

Good communication and coordination skills

Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Preferred Candidate:

5 years of hands-on experience in MIS reporting or data analytics roles

Prior experience working with cross-functional teams

Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
