Must Have Requirements
Proficiency in Java 8 or higher
Proficiency in web application development using Java-based technologies (Servlets, JSP, etc.)
Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and proficiency in SQL
Must have experience in Multithreading
Must be very good with DSA/Collections
Must be very good with springboot.
Must have very good Linux Administration Skills
Overall Skills Needed
Design, coding, testing, and debugging skills
Experience/knowledge with Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, JIRA)
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and microservices architecture
Experience with Elasticsearch using Java
Experience with unit testing
Experience with product build life cycle of developing, debugging, optimizing and maintaining code
BE/ B.Tech/ MCA in CS/EE/CE or related field from a top institution
Key Responsibilities & Outcomes
Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and scalability
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards
Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support
Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior team members to promote continuous improvement and knowledge sharing
Troubleshoot and debug issues reported by clients or detected during testing, and implement timely and effective solutions
Work closely with QA engineers to ensure the quality of software deliverables through thorough testing and validation
Contribute to architectural design discussions and decisions and participate in team technical discussions
Collaborate with DevOps engineers to automate deployment processes and enhance system monitoring and performance optimization
Scale of Operations
We make ML based products that predict upcoming issues in complex applications running in cloud-native, serverless or host-based environments. Products handle very high volumes of streaming data, and perform complex learnings on structured and unstructured data in near real time.
