Job Summary

  Seeking a Specialist with 5 to 7 years of experience in SparkSQL and Databricks to design develop and optimize advanced data processing solutions

  Job Description 

  Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines leveraging SparkSQL and Databricks Collaborate with data engineers scientists and business stakeholders to gather and analyze data requirements Implement data transformation cleansing and aggregation processes to support business analytics and reporting needs Optimize data workflows for performance scalability and cost efficiency within Databricks environments Ensure data quality reliability and security throughout the data lifecycle Stay abreast of emerging technologies and best practices in Databricks SparkSQL and related big data frameworks Work with multiple programming languages including Scala Python or Java as applicable within the Databricks platform

Roles and Responsibilities 

    Lead the end to end design and implementation of robust data processing solutions using Databricks and SparkSQL Manage and monitor data pipelines to guarantee timely and accurate data delivery Troubleshoot and resolve complex data processing issues and performance bottlenecks Collaborate cross functionally to integrate diverse data sources and ensure seamless data flow Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members on best practices with Databricks and SparkSQL Participate actively in architectural discussions to enhance data infrastructure and platform capabilities Document data workflows processes and configurations to facilitate knowledge sharing and compliance
