Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Responsible for Various Projects entailing defining scope, setting timelines, analyzing requirements, budget review & approval, prioritizing tasks and identifying dependencies as per preset budgets.
- Lead the planning, coordination & progress control and Responsible for detailed project planning, Budgeting (Project Budget, Business Plan etc.), Cost Control, Risk Management.
- Responsible for Monitoring and Review of progress, Coordinating review meetings.
- Developing project baselines; monitoring and controlling projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time over-runs and quality compliance to ensure satisfactory execution of projects.
- Coordinate for compliance with laws, regulations, and standards during Pre- Construction Stage.
- Maintain effective communication with various Stakeholders.
- Study the site execution plans with all related stakeholders during the Preconstruction including complete site logistics.
- Coordinating for administering the end-to-end execution of projects as per budgeted cost, demand forecasts & time overruns to ensure timely execution of projects.
- Interfacing with consultants, clients, design team during Preconstruction stage of the Project.
- Responsible for developing the procurement plan and the process of procurement management including Coordinating for RFPs,, Tender , BOQ and post order tracking and site delivery of the material (end to End ) .
- Responsible for project material procurement, coordinating & following up with vendors for project delivery process.
Responsible for BOQ, Cost control, Procurement, & complete analysis of rate.
