Job Description

Core RPA / UiPath Skills

• Strong handson experience in UiPath development (Attended & Unattended bots)
• Ability to design, develop, deploy, and maintain RPA solutions
• Expertise in automating:
• Web applications
• Excel
• PDF
• Mainframe
• Citrix
• Experience with OCR technologies (Google OCR / Microsoft OCR)

Technical Documentation & Standards

• Ability to create and manage:
• Process Definition Documents (PDDs)
• Solution Design Documents (SDDs)
• Maintenance documentation as per CoE standards
• Experience preparing solution design documents and automation frameworks

Technical Expertise

• Strong experience in process analysis, solution design, and implementation
• Knowledge of correct applications, architecture, and infrastructure for automation
• Experience with:
• UiPath Orchestrator
• Environment configuration
• Upgrades & maintenance
• Deployment in Test & Production environments
• Ability to create reusable workflows and library components

Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills

• Ability to produce highquality code with minimal supervision
• Strong troubleshooting, diagnosis, and issueresolution skills
• Performance, scalability, availability, and maintainability considerations in solution design

Collaboration & Leadership

• Ability to lead technical design and guide junior developers
• Experience supporting internal teams, partners, and customers during implementation
• Good stakeholder and client management skills

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

• Experience working on POCs, new Intelligent Automation (IA) use cases
• Up-to-date knowledge of:
• Latest UiPath features
• AI/ML integration with RPA
• New automation trends

Communication Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication
• Good analytical and interpersonal skills
