Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and support core HR operations. The candidate will play a key role in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
* Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements
* Manage job postings on portals and social media
* Maintain candidate database and MIS reports
* Conduct initial HR interviews and shortlist candidates
* Assist in onboarding and documentation process
* Support employee engagement and HR activities
* Ensure smooth HR operations and compliance
Required Skills:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Good knowledge of recruitment portals and hiring strategies
* Basic understanding of HR processes and policies
* MS Excel and reporting skills
* Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Salary: 25,000 per month (Approx.)
