HOT VACANCY AR Caller / Senior AR Caller | Omega Healthcare

We are hiring 100+ AR Callers & Senior AR Callers for our Hyderabad and Chennai location!

Job Location: Hyderabad & Chennai

Shift: Night Shift (Mandatory)

Experience Required:15 years in AR Calling

(Immediate joiners or max 15 days preferred)

Key Skills Required:

• Hospital Billing (UB04)
• Knowledge of UB04 forms & guidelines
• AR Follow-up / Denial Management / RCM Process
• Working knowledge of US Healthcare
• Strong communication (International Voice Process Mandatory)
• Ability to handle complex AR scenarios and resolve claims

Job Responsibilities:

• Follow-up with insurance companies for claim status
• Resolve denials and escalate unresolved claims
• Work on UB04 billing processes
• Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions
• Meet daily/weekly productivity & quality targets
• Handle inbound/outbound calls related to hospital billing
