We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic candidates for an International Voice Process role in Gurgaon. Candidates should have excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound international customer calls
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
• Follow company guidelines and quality standards

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in International Voice Process, OR
• Graduate freshers with excellent communication skills can apply
• Graduation is not mandatory
• Strong verbal communication skills in English
