We are hiring for Analyst - Guest Relations

Education Required - Any Graduate or Undergraduates with relevant experience.

Experience Required - minimum 1-4 years of experience in Guest Management or Travel management

Roles and Responsibilities -

Travel & Stay arrangement as per request.
Liaising with vendors (travel/hotels) to make timely arrangements as appropriate.
Ensuring all queries are responded to with adequate and correct information.
Negotiating with travel vendor to obtain competitive pricing for services.
Reporting on time
Vendor management, service issues escalation.
Invoicing and vendor payments.
Hotel arrangements in other cities as per requests.
Company Drivers & Vehicles
Leaves management
Procurement of Pantry material
Food and meal arrangements for Guests.

Shift Timing - UK Window - 5 Days Working (Candidate should be Flexible for any shift timing)
