Job Description

• Identify and approach potential customers through leads, referrals, cold calling, and networking
  
• Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable life insurance products
  
• Explain policy features, benefits, premium structures, and terms clearly to customers
  
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDA regulations
  
• Maintain accurate sales records and client information
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree (preferred not mandatory)
  
• Experience in insurance sales.
