Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Territory Sales Manager to lead our tile adhesive sales team in the projects sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management and a proven track record of success in driving business growth.


Roles and Responsibility



  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and expand market share.

  • Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders.

  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new business opportunities.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns.

  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics to senior management.


Job Requirements



  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the paints or adhesives industry.

  • Strong understanding of the tile adhesive market and its applications.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.

  • A graduate degree is required for this position.
