Job Description
Job Title: Senior QA Engineer - Slot GamesYears of Experience: 3-5 Years
Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior QA Engineer to join our dynamic team focused on Slot Games. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, particularly in API testing, and will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our gaming products. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve issues, ensuring a seamless gaming experience for our users.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Slot Games.
- Perform thorough API testing to validate the functionality, performance, and security of game features.
- Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools and methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide feedback on product design and functionality.
- Participate in code reviews and provide input on testability and quality aspects of the software.
- Automate test cases where applicable to improve efficiency and coverage.
- Conduct regression testing and ensure that new features do not adversely affect existing functionality.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in QA and gaming technologies.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes.
Mandatory Skills:
- Proven experience in API testing, with a strong understanding of RESTful services.
- Solid knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with test automation frameworks and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in gaming or gambling industry, particularly with Slot Games.
- Familiarity with performance testing tools.
- Knowledge of SQL and database testing.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Understanding of CI/CD processes and tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on API testing.
- Relevant certifications in QA or software testing are a plus.
