- Provide feedback on system performance and suggest improvements.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Desk Management.
- Experience with Service Desk Voice Support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and client management tools.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 0-2 years of experience in Service Desk Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required."
