Responsibilities : - Develop and implement SFDC Health Cloud solutions to optimize patient management processes - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce applications seamlessly - Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications - Design and customize Salesforce solutions to meet organizational needs - Ensure data integrity and security within Salesforce applications - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues - Monitor system performance and implement improvements for efficiency - Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with industry standards - Create and maintain documentation for system configurations and processes - Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices - Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and enhance system functionalities - Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers - Contribute to the development of training materials for end-users.
