Job Location: 10 - position Bangalore Banashankari office
8 Position in Gulbarga Office
6 Position in Hubli office
Process: After a two-month consultancy period, the candidate transitioned to a full-time role following a comprehensive evaluation.

Job brief

We are seeking a recruiter to execute the full lifecycle of the Recruitment from sourcing, screening, attribute round, internal technical round to Client round, negotiation of salary, and onboarding in the Ahvi Infotech portal and Client.

Responsibilities

What you'll do

  • Adopt the Ahvi Infotech a PradeepIT Company culture, add value to resources and Clients with your skills and hard work, working towards your goal
  • Sending your report daily to your Team Lead on NDA signed, Attribute round, Internal technical round statics over the mail before you leave your day
  • Work from the office for a year or based on business conditions you may need to be posted to the Bangalore/Hubli/Indore branch of PradeepIT
  • Understand Resource Requirements:
  • Work proactively on end-to-end recruitment for hiring for our Customers by utilizing effective tools for sourcing, selection, and onboarding.
  • Meet all recruitment timelines successfully for multiple clients, as assigned.
  • Plan, develop, and drive sourcing/recruitment strategies in consultation with vertical Manager/Team leads.

Requirements

  • Good Communication Skill
  • Utilize various channels to source potential candidates, review resumes, and conduct initial screenings.
  • Source candidates through networking cold calling
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, adjusting strategies as per the recruitment needs
  • Possess a good understanding of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and other relevant software.
  • Collaborate with team members and hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Be open to learning and taking on additional responsibilities as needed to support the team and organizational goals.
  • Create and maintain assignment track the candidate/ Candidates pipelines in the AI Application tracking system at manatal.com
  • Conduct pre-screening interviews.
  • Facilitate interview scheduling and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Work with line managers to develop and implement staffing strategies and programs (where appropriate).
