Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Accuracy of invoice processing -Ensure correct invoice data entry and GL coding to minimize rework and control exceptions. Example target: Invoice accuracy 98% (errors per 1,000 invoices 20).
Timeliness / ThroughputProcess invoices within agreed SLA from receipt to posting. Example target: 95% of invoices processed within X business days (adjust X to your SLA; common values: 13 business days).
Vendor query resolution & vendor experience- Respond to vendor queries within SLA and maintain positive vendor relationships. Example target: 90% of vendor queries resolved within 3 business days.
Professional development & teamwork- Maintain required knowledge (tax treatment, ERP skills) and collaborate with colleagues. Example target: Complete assigned training modules within 30 days of onboarding.
